Ivory Coast Searching for a new coach

The Federation of Ivorian Football (FIF) has invited interested candidates to apply to become the new head coach of the national team. 

Last week Italian Giovanni Trapattoni told an Italian radio station that he was in talks over the job .
But the FIF has announced it will be accepting applications until 14 July.

Ivory Coast are seeking a new manager following the departure of Sabri Lamouchi, whose contract expired at the end of the team's World Cup campaign.

Lamouchi failed to guide the Elephants past the group stage in Brazil.
