Jose Mourinho says Manchester City's player Yaya Toure should be banned after appearing to kick Norwich's Van Wolfswinkel. The incident which was not seen my the referee Jon Moss's during the match but now the Football Association (FA) are waiting for the referee match report before taking a decision.
Mourinho says " if Yaya Toure is not suspended the message is clear - you can do what you want "
