Besiktas in talks with Chelsea to sign striker Demba Ba

Turkish side Besiktas have revealed they are in talks with Chelsea to sign Senegal international striker Demba Ba. 

The 29-year-old made only 23 starts in 50 appearances, scoring 14 goals, for the Blues last season.
He found himself third choice in the pecking order behind Samuel Eto'o and Fernando Torres.

And while Eto'o has since been released, Spain international Diego Costa has arrived for £32m and Ba appears to be surplus to requirements.
