Crystal Palace fined for breaking Premier League rules against Cardiff City



Crystal Palace have been fined by the Premier League for breaching rules relating to their 3-0 win against Cardiff City in early April. 

Shortly after the Premier League game the Bluebirds sent a five-page letter to the Premier League.
It alleged the Eagles had obtained details of their starting line-up .

Palace were in breach of Rule B.16 which states "every club shall behave towards each other club and the League with the utmost good faith".

The Premier League maximum fine for such offences is £25,000 but they have not said how much Palace have been asked to pay.

Cardiff and Crystal Palace say they are not are not making any comment at this time.
